What is Giclee Printing?
Giclee printing is digital fine art printmaking or inkjet printing on wide format printers using pigmented inks and archival papers. Our Giclée prints are printed on 300gsm 100% cotton rag paper using archival pigment inks.
To preserve the color in your print, please do not hang or place in direct sunlight.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped within three (3-5) business days from the date you place your order. For shipping times by destination, please see our Customer Service page. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. Orders will appear as unfulfilled until you receive a tracking number.
Please note, during the holiday season, processing and shipping may take longer.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
If your item arrives damaged, please send an email to shop@veronicacollignon.com and we will assist in arranging an exchange or return. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item.
Exchanges are returned at buyer’s own cost.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, you must email shop@veronicacollignon.com within 24 hours.
What if my order is a gift?
At this time, we do not offer gift-wrapping.
Do you offer framing options?
We do not offer framing options. However we have some suggestions to share.
